One of the best things you can do to improve your health is to start sipping hot water throughout the day.
Do you know the real difference between drinking hot and cold water? Only hot water can hydrate you. Cold water is actually bad for you, it's dehydrating and damaging to your health.
The rule of thumb: 1 cup of hot water for each hour. The temperature should be just like I would have your coffee or hot tea. A few sips every 10 minutes or so when your schedule allows. Have a thermos, thermal bottle, or an insulated mug filled with plain hot water by your side.
No, you do not have to quit your coffee or tea. Enjoy your favorite drinks with your meals as you normally would. But start your morning with one small cup of hot water and then continue sipping between meals throughout the day.

1 cup - Epsom Salt
1 cup - table salt, preferably with iodine

You can add a few drops of essential oil: lavender, pine, citruses, patchouli, rose...
Soak for 20-30 minutes. Add more hot water if your bath cools down. You can dunk a big bath towel into the hot bath water and cover yourself up to your neck to keep the heat in.

These simple strategies may help you to control the amount you eat:
Create a mealtime ritual. Don't multitask. Your mealtime is sacred. You are absolutely worth it. Set the table properly. Use pretty dishes. It will signal your mind that food is coming, it will calm your mind and body. When you are calm and relaxed, you are less likely to overeat.
Phone, TV, computer, and other devices should be bunned while you eat. These distractions may lead to overeating and not feeling satisfied with your meals. All your focus should be on your food.
Food is not only for taste buds. Involve all your senses when you eat. Pay attention to color, shapes, texture, temperature, even the sounds your food makes. This way all your senses, not just taste buds get some satisfaction from your meals. Therefore, you are more likely to leave the table feeling more content.
If you are very hungry or anxious, don't eat yet. Stop whatever you are doing. Sit down and have a cup of hot tea. Sip slowly. Be fully present, Enjoy that cup of tea with all your senses. It will instantly comfort and relax you. Then, you can go on and fix your food and enjoy it slowly.
Have a variety of foods present at each meal. You need a variety of colors, tastes, aromas, textures, temperatures... You will enjoy your meal more and you will feel full with less food.
The foods you can add to every meal: a few pieces of fruits, berries, raw vegetables and greens, a spoon of sauerkraut, salads (green, egg salad, potato salad, and so on), cheese, a cup of soup. The key is to expand the variety without adding volume. A spoon of this, a slice of that... and you can create a joyful experience for all your senses.
Always, add hot food and hot drinks to your meals. It's more comforting and satisfying. Did you know that you can combat anxiety with regular hot meals?
Don't invite people you don't like to the table. You are much more likely to overeat in bad company.
Golden Milk Recipe:
1 cup of organic full-fat cow's milk or full-fat unsweetened coconut milk.
Pinch of each: coriander, black pepper, turmeric, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon.
Simmer gently to awaken all the spices. Do not bring to the full boil.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of real butter, ghee, or coconut oil.
Sweeten with honey. Sip slowly.
Enjoy once or twice daily.
