I usually start by sharing a bit of theory on the topic, followed by a group hypnosis session, after which we can discuss the experience and address the questions if there are any.

How to get ready for the group session:

- make sure to eat before the session

- have some tea or water on hand, you will be thirsty after the session

- silence your phone and make that no one disturbs you during the session

- find yourself a comfortable place (an armchair, couch, or regular chair is fine)

- wear something comfy and warm or have a blanket on hand (your temperature will drop during the session, and you may get chilly)

- wear headphones for a better experience
